Ingredients for Sprouts Stuffed Bread Pakoda Recipe
0.13 cup Sprouts
1 tbsp Grated carrot
1 tbsp Grated paneer
1/2 g chopped green chilli
1/2 g Grated ginger
as required Dhania patha
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Basen
0.13 tsp Haldi
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
as required Salt
0.13 tsp Ajuwain
2 Pieces Bread slices
Directions: Sprouts Stuffed Bread Pakoda Recipe
STEP 1.Take a bowl and put basen,haldi,salt,red Chilli powder, ajwain mix it then add water and make a batter for pakoda.
Now take a bowl and put Sprouts, carrot, paneer, green chilli, ginger, dhania patha ,salt, lemon juice mix well keep aside.
Now take one bread slice and keep some stuffing and on top another bread slice press little then cut into half like triangle shape, like that make other also.
Then dip the bread slice in the basen batter and fry in the hot oil till golden brown, like that fry other also.
Stuffed Bread Pakoda is ready to serve
Serve with chutney or sauce.
