Ingredients for Sprouts ghevra chaat Recipe

  • As Required To complete this dish we need
  • 0.33 g ) ghevar
  • 0.67 g ) green chutney
  • 1 As Required ) red chutney
  • 1.33 As Required ) dates chutney
  • 1.67 g ) topping (boiled potatoes
  • As Required sprouts)
  • 0.17 cup Mix Sprouts
  • 0.67 As Required Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.17 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.08 cup Yogurt
  • As Required For ghevar
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp g
  • 0.17 cup wheat flour( to give healthy touch I am used a wheat flour)
  • As Required Water as needed
  • As Required Oil for fry
  • As Required For the Green Chutney
  • 1.33 g reen chilies
  • 0.67 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.67 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.17 cup Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.67 tsp 2-3 tsp
  • 0.33 tsp Jaggery
  • 0.67 tsp Coriander powder
  • As Required For red chutney
  • 1.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.17 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tsp water
  • 0.67 tsp Lemon juice
  • As Required For dates chutney
  • 0.17 cup Dates
  • 0.33 cup water
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.67 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder

Directions: Sprouts Ghevra Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.FOR GHEVAR
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add ghee and ice cube then bit though finger till turn white color then remove the ice cube.
  • STEP 3.after that add wheat flour little by little then add 1 tbsp milk and water as needed.
  • STEP 4.(Make it thin bater.)
  • STEP 5.Heat the oil in pan and add circle mold in center.
  • STEP 6.Pour the batter little by little in mold and fry till brown color.
  • STEP 7.GREEN CHUTNEY
  • STEP 8.Mix all the ingredients in the mixer jar and crush it well.
  • STEP 9.RED CHUTNEY
  • STEP 10.take all ingredients in a bowl and let blend it.
  • STEP 11.DATED CHUTNEY
  • STEP 12.pouring water in a pan, then add dates, salt to taste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 13.Later add red chili powder , coriander powder , lemon juice and blende it.
  • STEP 14.FOR TOPPING
  • STEP 15.BOILED AND MASHED POTATO :
  • STEP 16.in a bowl add mashed potato , salt to taste and mix well.
  • STEP 17.MASALA SPROUTS :
  • STEP 18.Add 1/2 tbsp ghee , mix sprouts in a pan and roast for 2 minute.(rosted Sprouts enhance a flavour)
  • STEP 19.Switch off the flame add Chaat masala and mix well.
  • STEP 20.All the elements are ready now time to plating
