Ingredients for Sprouts chaat Recipe

  • 125 grams Mixed sprouts
  • 1/4 Pieces Medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 g reen chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • as required Chopped tomatoes
  • 0.13 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • as required Chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 10 g Chopped green coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • as required Lemon juice

Directions: Sprouts Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic, and green chilies. Saute till onions are translucent. Add sprouts and all dry ingredients. Cook only to mix well.
  • STEP 3.Serve in a plate with chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
