  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouts and palak paste with idli batter.
  • STEP 3.Add salt and mix well. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Grease the idli plates with oil and pour the batter into each mold.
  • STEP 5.Steam the idlis for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Once done, remove the idlis from the mold and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
