  • 1/4 cup Poha
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • as required A Few Curry Leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the poha in water for a few minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add sprouted matki, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the soaked poha and mix gently. Cook for a few more minutes until the poha is heated through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
