  • STEP 2.Grind coconut, ginger, garlic, and spices to make a paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the ground paste and cook for a few minutes.
