  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp

  • STEP 1.Soak horse gram lentils in water for a few hours or overnight.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the soaked lentils until soft and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and tamarind pulp to the pan.
