  • 2 pieces Bread
  • 3.33 g cup sprouted moon
  • 0.67 g pcs carrots grated
  • 16.67 grams Cheese
  • 0.33 Pieces piece capsicum finely chopped
  • 0.67 Pieces piece tomato finely chopped
  • 0.67 Pieces piece boiled potatoes
  • 0.33 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 3.33 g Green coriander Finely Chopped
  • 0.67 Pieces piece green chilies finely chopped
  • a pinch Of asafoetida
  • 0.33 tsp Roasted cumin
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as required hee or butter for baking as required

Directions: Sprout Moong Sendwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.A bowl of sprouted moong, grated carrot, and finely chop all the vegetables, mash the boiled potatoes. Mix all the vegetables, all the spices and cheese in a bowl. Take a slice of bread and apply the mixture in it. Put another bread on top of it. Heat a nonstick pan, add ghee or butter to it and bake it on low flame, rosy pink from both the sides. Sprouted moong sandwich is ready, serve it hot with tea.
