STEP 1.A bowl of sprouted moong, grated carrot, and finely chop all the vegetables, mash the boiled potatoes. Mix all the vegetables, all the spices and cheese in a bowl. Take a slice of bread and apply the mixture in it. Put another bread on top of it. Heat a nonstick pan, add ghee or butter to it and bake it on low flame, rosy pink from both the sides. Sprouted moong sandwich is ready, serve it hot with tea.
