  • 1 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the sprouted moong beans until they are soft.
  • STEP 2.Mash the boiled moong beans and mix them with mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Shape the mixture into cutlets and shallow fry them until they turn golden brown on both sides.
