  • 1/4 pound mahi mahi cut into cubes, or your favorite white meat fish
  • 1/2 cloves garlic minced or grated
  • 1.50 green onions chopped
  • 0.06 cup thai red curry paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.17 cup canned coconut milk plus more if needed
  • 2 ounce fresh sugar snap peas
