  • 1/4 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.17 cup canned coconut milk plus more if needed
  • 2 ounce fresh sugar snap peas
  • 0.13 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 mango diced or sliced
  • 0.13 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • As required bean sprouts red chilies + lime wedges, for serving
