  • 83.33 gram Spring onion
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin
  • 0.08 tsp hing/ asafoetida
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato

  • STEP 1.First all clean nd wash spring onion bunches...and let it dry. Now chop the white part roughly nd cut the green part ...
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and hing to it. When it browns, add spring onion to it. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and required salt to it and mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Cook it on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the heat. Do not cook it for longer as it tastes better when it is a bit crunchy.
  • STEP 4.Ready to serve with roti..
