How to Make Sponge Dosa Recipe

STEP 01

Wash rice and dal 2 to 3 times and soak it for 8 hrs. While soaking add fenugreek seeds and poha. Grind it finely. Make thick batter than normal dosa

STEP 02

Keep it for fermentation for 8 hrs. After fermenting add salt and make dosa. Take a laddle small size and pour 2-3 thick batter and donot spread it. Just cover for few seconds. With the help of butter make al the dosa. Once done open the lid cook for seconds and take it out.

STEP 03

Serve with coconut and tomato chutney. Sponge dosa is ready now
