For all the food lovers, indulge in this simple and tasteful Babycorn recipe. With a crunchy crisp coating on the outside and sweet Babycorn on the inside, this is an all time kids favorite snack.
STEP 1.Dry dust baby corns with some maida and keep it aside.
STEP 2.In remaining maida add salt, pepper, cornflour and grated cheese and mix them well.
STEP 3.Add water little by little to make a soft dough
STEP 4.Roll into a roti and cut stripes with a knife
STEP 5.Roll one stripe on each baby corn and stick tips with help of water.
STEP 6.Keep in fridge for 10-15 minutes (To absorb less oil while frying)
STEP 7.Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
STEP 8.Drain on tissue paper and attach a toothpick at bottom side of baby corn and sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve with a spicy dip or ketchup.
