Ingredients for Spiral cheese babycorn Recipe

  • 6 Pieces baby corn boiled in water
  • 1.50 g cubes cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup ½ cup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • As Required Chaat masala to sprinkle
  • As Required Oil to fry
  • As Required Water to knead

Directions: Spiral Cheese Babycorn Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry dust baby corns with some maida and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.In remaining maida add salt, pepper, cornflour and grated cheese and mix them well.
  • STEP 3.Add water little by little to make a soft dough
  • STEP 4.Roll into a roti and cut stripes with a knife
  • STEP 5.Roll one stripe on each baby corn and stick tips with help of water.
  • STEP 6.Keep in fridge for 10-15 minutes (To absorb less oil while frying)
  • STEP 7.Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Drain on tissue paper and attach a toothpick at bottom side of baby corn and sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve with a spicy dip or ketchup.
