  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend spinach leaves with a little water to make a smooth puree.

  • STEP 3.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round balls.
  • STEP 5.Take a ball of dough and flatten it on a greased griddle or tawa.
  • STEP 6.Cook the thalipith on medium heat until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
