A quick,light and easy soup prepared from spinach and corn,best goes with rice

Chop corn into smaller chunks of 3 or 4
Cut shallots into thin slices
add oil in a pot & heat it at medium flame
add anchovies,garlic,shallots and saute until fragrant
now add water,oyster sauce,fish ball and corn
after the soup starts boiling cover the pot with lid and minimise the flame
let the soup cook for 30 mins at low flame
and before serving add spinach and cook for 2-3 mins until soft
