Scrambled eggs is a dish made from eggs (usually chicken eggs) stirred or beaten together in a pan while being gently heated, typically with salt and butter and variable other ingredients. Need to whisk eggs vigorously to get fluffier scrambled eggs. Don’t overcook else they will become hard and brown. It will take 3-4 minutes for cooking. This is american style scrambled egg. In this recipe i have given a scrambled egg a healthy touch adding spinach leaves.
