Ingredients for SPINACH PEAS & CARROT IDLI Recipe

  • 1/4 cup semolina (sooji)
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 0.06 cup Spinach puree
  • 0.06 cup Boiled peas
  • 0.06 cup Boiled carrot
  • 1/4 g Salt according to need
  • 0.13 tsp grounded black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli

Directions: Spinach Peas & Carrot Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl,add semolina & curd, mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add boiled peas, chopped onions, boiled chopped carrot& chopped green chilli.mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now add spinach puree& Pouch of eno in it. mix well & keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now grease the idli maker with little oil & put batter on it .Cook till they become soft .
  • STEP 5.[ ] Serve with chutney or sause .
