A japanese recipe of spinach salad prepared with a combination of dashi, soy sauce and sugar.Garnish with katsuobushi.

In a bowl mix dashi, soy sauce and sugar
Boil water in a large pot
Add the spinach
After 30secs turn off heat and drain the water
Cool down the spinach and squeeze out the water from spinach
Cut the spinach and add the dashi and sauce mix
Garnish with katsuobushi and serve
