Frittata is basically an Italian dish and it can be cooked using any desired veggies. Its a protein rich dish. I have added cottage cheese cubes and baby spinach leaves to make it more filling and power packed. Basically, its a one pot meal. Just saute desired veggies in olive oil and pour beaten eggs in 1/3 cup of milk on top. Eggs beaten with milk makes Frittata fluffy and rich in taste. I garnished Frittata with spinach leaves, cottage cheese cubes, tomato cubes and onion slices. Which not only enhanced look but also enhanced taste too. So must try valentine dish or enjoy it anytime of the day, to make your moments special.
