Ingredients for Spinach, Corn And Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • 1.50 tablespoon Nutralite garlic and oregano spread
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic chopped
  • 2 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet corn steamed
  • 1 cup Paneer chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • As required Sliced bread
  • 2 tablespoon Nutralite Cheesy garlic Mayo

Directions: Spinach, Corn And Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan add 1 ½ tbsp nutralite garlic and oregano spread and let it melt. Then add 2 tsp chopped garlic and stir for a few seconds until the aroma of the garlic is released.
  • STEP 2.Add 2 cups chopped spinach and saute on high heat till they wilt. Do not add salt at this time.
  • STEP 3.Next add 1 cup steam sweet corn, 1 cup paneer chopped into small pieces and ¼ cup grated cheese and stir to mix.
  • STEP 4.To this add 2 tbsp nutralite cheesy garlic mayo which adds extra flavour to the dish. Mix well and check for salt, add only if needed. Turn off the heat. Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.On slices of bread generously spread the spinach corn paneer mixture and then close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Spread nutralite garlic and oregano spread on the top of the sandwich.
  • STEP 6.Place the sandwich greased side down on a hot tawa and add spread on the top slice. Cook on medium heat and keep flipping the sandwich to make sure that it toasts and gets crispy and golden on both sides.
