Ingredients for Spinach and potato curry Recipe

  • 1 nos potato boiled and cut into cubes
  • 50 gram Spinach
  • As required washed and chopped
  • 1/2 nos onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 inch ginger grated
  • 1/2 nos Tomato
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 nos Cumin seeds
  • 1.50 tbsp cooking oil
  • As required For Cooking
  • As required To taste salt

Directions: Spinach And Potato Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the oil in broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds and saute on a medium flames for 30 seconds.e
  • STEP 2.Add the garlic, green chilli,and saute on a medium flames for 1 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add the potatoes toss gently and cook on a medium flames for 5 minutes. While stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 4.Add spinach, coriander powder and salt, Mix well and cook on a medium flames for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally serve hot.
