Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped spinach, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • STEP 2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle.
  • STEP 3.Press the edges to seal the wonton. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
  • STEP 4.To cook, steam the wontons for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Alternatively, boil or fry them.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
