STEP 1.1. Wash and blanch the spinach. Blend it in a blender and keep aside.
STEP 2.2. Now, take the baby corn and cut it into small slices.. Keep aside.
STEP 3.3. Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add onion and garlic. Saute for two minutes.
STEP 4.4. Add the baby corn and saute for two minutes. Add spinach and mix it well.
STEP 5.5. Now add milk and keep stirring. Cook it untill one boil.
STEP 6.6. Add salt and pepper. Mix well
STEP 7.7. Add cream and garnish with some chopped spinach and baby corn slices
