Ingredients for Spinach and baby corn soup Recipe

  • 8 A Bunch Spinach
  • 6.25 g Baby corn
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 0.06 tsp Cream
  • 0.13 tsp Crushed pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Butter or oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 0.13 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Spinach And Baby Corn Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and blanch the spinach. Blend it in a blender and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Now, take the baby corn and cut it into small slices.. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.3. Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add onion and garlic. Saute for two minutes.
  • STEP 4.4. Add the baby corn and saute for two minutes. Add spinach and mix it well.
  • STEP 5.5. Now add milk and keep stirring. Cook it untill one boil.
  • STEP 6.6. Add salt and pepper. Mix well
  • STEP 7.7. Add cream and garnish with some chopped spinach and baby corn slices
