- 200 gram Watermelon rind
- 1 No.s Onion
- 1 No.s Tomato
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- 2 No.s Dried chilli
- 1 No.s Green chilli
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
- 1.50 Grated coconut sp
- As required Coriander leaves

How to Make Spicy Watermelon Sabji Recipe

Peel off the watermelon and cut it into pieces.

Chop onion and tomato.

Cut ginger and garlic cloves.

Add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.

Add 1 tbsp mustard,1 tbsp cumin seeds,½ tbsp fennel seeds.

Then add dried chilli, chopped garlic, ginger and onion.

Add ½ tbsp salt,1 tsp turmeric powder and saute well for 3 mins.

Now add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Then saute well for a minute.

Now add the chopped watermelon and ½ tbsp salt.

Add ½ glass water and cover the lid and cook it for 5 mins on low flame.
