Ingredients for Spicy Vermicelli Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 0.67 cup Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 cup chopped Onions
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • As required A few Coriander leaves

Directions: Spicy Vermicelli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, add some butter and cook the vermicelli, roast the ingredients for few minutes. Later add some water and cook the vermicelli and set aside.
  • STEP 1.Take a pan yet again, put some butter into it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds. When these seeds get cooked then add some curry leaves, peas and peanuts and roast all the ingredients for few minutes.
  • STEP 1.Now add  some green chillies, tomatoes and onions and keep cooking .
  • STEP 1.Add some red chlli powder and salt. Mix nicely. Add the vermicelli and cook for some time.
  • STEP 1.When the vermicelli is ready, garnish with some coriander leaves.
