Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine grated vegetables, cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix well to form a dough-like consistency. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the vegetable balls until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry until they become slightly tender.
  • STEP 6.Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Add water and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 8.Add the fried vegetable balls to the sauce and toss gently to coat them evenly.
