  • pinch shahi jeera

    Steps To Prepare

  • Chop onions and crush ginger and garlic.
  • Dry roast the garam masalas and blend to a fine powder.
  • Cooking Directions

  • Add ghee and shahi jeera to the pressure cooker.
  • Next, add the chopped onions and curry leaves and saute well.
  • Now, add crushed ginger and garlic to the pressure cooker along with salt and turmeric powder.
  • finally, add chicken and saute for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame and finish with the garam masala powder.
