Mix all the spices- turmeric ,chili powder, salt, garam masala. Add some water and prepare a paste.
Add refined oil in a pan and heat it. Now bay leaves for flavor.
Then add the chopped onions and saute it. Add spice paste and some water.
Now put in chopped tomatoes. Then add bowl of sev . 1/4 cup of water.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves for aroma. Cook it for 2 min and turn off the flame.
