  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they are cooked through and the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Indian breads.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the prawns for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
