  • 0.33 cup shredded Mexican cheese I use a mix of cheddar and monterey jack
  • 0.17 cup cooked white or brown rice
  • As required Fresh cilantro + lime wedges for serving
  • 1 tomatillos skins removed
  • 0.33 tablespoon Korean Sunchang can substitute sriracha or Gochujang if needed
  • 1/25 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 0.33 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.33 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 0.33 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 0.33 Juice From Limes
  • 0.17-0.33 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
