Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the bhajis from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
