1/2 Tsp Split urad dal and mustard seeds to temper
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 Tbsp Sweet Chutney
1 Tbsp onions..finely chopped
1 Tbsp Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Directions: Spicy Noodles Chaat Recipe
STEP 1.Heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, split urad dal and allow to splutter.
STEP 2.Add the required amount of water and allow it to boil.
STEP 3.Add the tastemaker and stir well, so that it blends well when noodles is added.
STEP 4.Add the noodles, cook it till the water dries and the noodles are fully cooked. Keep aside.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a kadai, add some more mustard seeds, split urad dal and allow to splutter.
STEP 6.Then add the cut potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and the required amount of water and allow it to cook on medium flame (for 15-20 minutes).
STEP 7.When the water dries up, add red chilli powder, sambhar powder/garam masala and dhania powder (optional). Add a tsp of oil and roast it well until done.
STEP 8.Meanwhile, remove the brown corners of the bread slice and cut them into cubes.
STEP 9.Fry the bread cubes in a ghee-oil mixture in a kadai, until golden brown.
STEP 10.While serving, put the noodles first on the serving dish, add the potato curry, fried bread cubes, coriander-mint chutney, sweet chutney, tomato chilli sauce, onion and mix well.
STEP 11.Garnish with coriander leaves.
