  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • as needed Water As Needed
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the fish pieces with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and tamarind pulp. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk and water to adjust the consistency of the curry. Bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 6.Gently add the marinated fish pieces to the curry and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or dosa.
