Spicy korma is really special to me and is my 'save the day' dish there is nothing easier than this dish it is a mughlai spicy recipe it's ingredients are full of flavor and meant to give the dish the best aroma and a tingling after taste the mutton will be soft to just melt in your mouth.

  • 0.13 kilogram curd
  • 3/4 tablespoon Desi ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 Green cardamom
  • 1.25-1.50 Cloves
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 2.50-3.75 Whole Black pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4-1/2 Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1-1.25 Dried red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon cashew Nuts Whole
  • As required Some Raisins. This will be to little offset the spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kasuri methi
  • 1/4 Black cardamom
