This masala peanut is a favourite among kids and adults. This tasty and crunchy snack is also used in like chaat and other cuisines. If you want to eat something spicy this Diwali, then try Masala Groundnut. Sweets the mouth of the guests who come home on the festival. But to change the taste of the mouth, serve some spicy snacks among these sweets. This Diwali, you can make crispy and very tasty spicy masala peanuts, the taste of which will go on the lips of the guests coming home. It is quite easy to make.

Ingredients for Spicy masala peanuts Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder/ paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Mango powder
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 0.13 Tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 Tsp chini powder

Directions: Spicy Masala Peanuts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put ghee in a pan on low flame and put peanuts with peel in it and fry till it turns brown in color.
  • STEP 2.Add amchur powder, black salt, cumin powder, chat masala, red chili powder ,chini powder coat the peanuts. To prevent further roasting of peanuts, take them out in a bowl or tray.
  • STEP 3.Cool the peanuts completely.
  • STEP 4.Store peanuts in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for at least 2-3 weeks
