  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon Sichuan pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 25 milliliter Chicken Stock
  • As required Splash of shaoxing wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli oil
  • 1/2 stalk Spring onion, thinly chopped for garnish
