Ingredients for Spicy Labango Latika Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Egg
  • 1 Tsp Flour
  • 50 g Chopped chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces green chilli
  • 1 Pieces Cheese slice
  • 1 Tbsp Soya granules
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Pieces Garlic
  • A Bunch Coriander leaf
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1.50 Tbsp Refined oil
  • As Required For Ganishing Cloves

Directions: Spicy Labango Latika Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix one egg and one tsp flour in a bowl. Add oil in a preheated pan. Fry the mixture in a round shape and keep aside. Make two like that.
  • STEP 2.Keep the soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes by adding a pinch of salt .
  • STEP 3.Add rest oil in pan and fry all the vegetables for 2 minutes. Then add chopped chiken and water soaked soya granules and cooked for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, cheese slices and tomato sauce to the mixture.
  • STEP 5.Stuff the mixture into two ready omelettes and fold it like the picture. Use cloves and make sure that not to open the ready part. Now it's ready to serve
