  • STEP 1.Soak the kidney beans overnight and pressure cook until tender.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saut茅 until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked kidney beans along with salt and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
