Spicy Grilled Chicken is a hot and spicy grilled chicken prepared using spicy king chilly sauce which produces super hot, flavorful and juicy chicken. You can use bhut jolokia sauce which are readily available nowadays in some market and online stores. If unable to source it then you can substitute that with some hot chilly sauce or marinades.

Ingredients for Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe

  • 1/5 g chicken breat with bone
  • 1 tablespoon bhut jolokia sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted Sichuan peppercorns
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the chicken well and pat dry with clean kitchen towel. Make few slashes around the chicken breast and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add all the ingredients, mix well and make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Apply the paste all over the chicken and inside the slashes too and keep marinated for few minutes. The longer marination the better.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Place the marinated chicken in a grill tray or rack and grill for 5 minutes on each sides.
  • STEP 6.Now increase the oven temperature to 200°. Smear the left over sauce if any over the chicken and grill further for 5 minutes each on both side.
  • STEP 7.Remove from oven, let it cool down and slice as per your preference.
  • STEP 8.Serve with any dipping sauce or chutneys of your choice along with lemon slices, onion rings and slit chillies.
