Spicy Dosa Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Spicy Dosa is a popular South Indian dish made with a fermented batter of rice and lentils. The dosa is thin and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is typically served for breakfast or as a snack with coconut chutney and sambar. The dosa batter is made by soaking rice and lentils, grinding them into a smooth paste, and fermenting it overnight. The fermented batter is then spread on a hot tawa or pan to form a thin dosa. It is a versatile dish that can be filled with various fillings like potato masala or paneer.
