  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, grated coconut, chopped green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 4.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Spicy Coconut Wheat Dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
