  • STEP 1.Soak the rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds in water for 4-6 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients along with grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, and salt to a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan or a dosa tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
