A quick delicious toast prepared with chicken in french style.

Chop garlic cloves
Chop coriander & mint leaves
Flatten the chicken breast
Grate the cheese cube.
In a bowl take egg yolk,add chilli flakes,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt.
Add grated cheese,mint leaves and mix well.
Dab the chicken from both the sides with white flour.
1.add butter in a pan
2.dip the chicken in the egg mixture and fry it on the pan
3.roast well at low flame
4.apply butter on both the sides and roast.
5.flip & roast in every 5 mins.
6.cook for at least 20 mins.
7.in a separate pan add 1 ½ tbsp butter.
8.add chopped garlic,chilli flakes,black pepper and cook for 2 mins.
9.top this mixture on fried chicken
10.sprinkle some grated cheese & coriander leaves.
11.serve with mayonnaise(optional)
