Ingredients for Spicy Cabbage And Egg Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

  • 200-250 gram Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 200 gram Cabbage thinly shredded
  • 100 gram Celery thinly julienned
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 5 gram Giner finely chopped
  • 2 Spring onions finely chopped
  • 50 gram Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Spicy Cabbage And Egg Noodle Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 boil 2 litres of water in a saucepan.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 200 to 250 gm egg noodles to the boiling water and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 when the noodles soften and loosen drain the water and hold them under cold running water for 1 minute.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 strain the noodles and keep aside.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat and add 4 cloves finely chopped garlic, 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped spring onions.

  • STEP 6.6 stir fry for a few seconds.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 add 50 gm chilli garlic sauce and stir for a few seconds till fragrant.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 at this stage add 200 gm shredded cabbage and 100 gm julienne celery.mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 9.9 add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp malt vinegar, and salt to taste and mix together well.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 stir fry all the ingredients in the wok for 1 minute.

step 11

  • STEP 11.11 then add the cooked noodles. Mix it with the cabbage to combine well and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 12

  • STEP 12.12 then add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir well.

step 13

  • STEP 13.13 transfer to a dish and serve.
