  • 200 gram Beef rump steak
  • 200 gram Bean Sprouts
  • 4 No.s Spring onions
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • 2 No.s Red chillies roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground sichuan pepper
  • As required Salt

Directions: Spicy Beef And Beansprouts Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl place 200 gm beef rump steak cut into thin strips, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and mix well. Leave to marinate for an hour.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add the marinated beef and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then remove and keep aside.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 heat another 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add 5 gm finely chopped ginger ,4 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 roughly chopped red chillies and stir together quickly.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 then add 200 gm beansprouts and stir.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the fried beef to the wok, and quickly stir all the ingredients together.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add 4 spring onions cut into 4 cm pieces, 1 tsp ground sichuan pepper, ½ tbsp vinegar and stir.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 add salt to taste, stri andseve hot with rice or noodles.
