  • 250 gram Asparagus
  • 150 gram Bean sprout
  • 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 No.s Red chilli pepper
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s Spring onion

Directions: Spicy Asparagus And Bean Sprouts Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil over high heat, add 10 gm ginger cut into thin threads, 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 1 red chilli pepper cut into thin threads and stir fry for 10 seconds.

  • STEP 1.Add 1 roughly chopped spring onion and stir together. Add asparagus cut diagonally and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add150 g of bean sprouts and stir fry. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and salt and fry for 1 minute. Stir together. Turn off the heat and serve with noodles.
