  • As required Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup tricolor quinoa
  • 1/2 cauliflower – cut into small florets
  • 1 teaspoon each of ground coriander, turmeric, paprika
  • bunch Small silverbeet – chopped into strips
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 lamb back strap
  • As required Harissa Paste
  • As required Pine Nuts
  • As required Pistachios
  • bunch mint + flat leaf parsley
  • As required Danish feta
  • As required Apple cider vinegar
  • As required Honey

  • STEP 1.Cut cauliflower into florets. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with coriander, paprika & turmeric with a decent go of evoo and season. Set aside.
