Spiced buttermilk or masala chaas is the ideal summer summer drink! Made with yogurt water and some spices ( black Salt , roasted cumin powder , ginger powder and chatpat tak masala ) it's not only light and refreshing but also good for you health!!

  • 0.67 cups Cold water
  • To Taste - black salt
  • as required Roasted cumin powder
  • As Required Ginger powder
  • as required Chatpat tak masala

Directions: Spiced Buttermilk!! / Summer Special Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • STEP 2.Blend till combined.
  • STEP 3.Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh cilantro or mint and serve.
