Ingredients for Spice baby potato Recipe

  • 125 g Potato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/4 Pieces Indian bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • A Pinch Black pepper powder
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander power
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • A Pinch Hing

Directions: Spice Baby Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash potatoes properly and transfer them in a cooker, add 2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt, cover it and cook till 2 whistle, cool down and peel it off.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds, hing, bay leaf, and red Chilli stir them and add boiled potatoes mix well and fry them for 2 min turn flame low and add Turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, chat masala, reg chilli powder and salt mix well and cover it foe 2 min on low flame, add lemon juice and coriander leafs and mix well.ur spicy baby potato is ready enjoy
