Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, and cardamom pods.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add green peas and paneer cubes. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add water, salt, and kasuri methi. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
